Artworks are painted with acrylic paint and coated with varnish.

Other sizes: Custom sizes are more than welcomed!  Just let us know the size you want and we'll give you a quote.

To get started we will need a good-quality, eye level photo of your pet(s), or other animals. Photos must be CLEAR & SHARP of the face and body - for full body commissions - of your pet . The image must be in focus, with the highest resolution possible. Animal’s eyes convey a lot about their personality. So, when providing an image, make sure the eyes are sharp, the details are clear. The better the photos, the better the result will be.

 

You can send as many photos as you like. If you are unsure about which photo to use and would like me to choose, indicate which photo is your favourite.

Note: If the pet have passed away, we will do our best to work with any photos you have.

 Payment

​

 

1st Payment - 50% Down Payment (Deposit)

​

We will invoice you through paypal to your email address the 50% non-refundable deposit in order to cover time and materials to start your piece. At this time we will discuss when you can expect to have it in your hands. 
The custom pieces takes 10-15 days from the time we receive your photos and the 50% deposit (please know that we will do our best to accommodate your needs).
We accept cash, Zelle or PayPal (includes credit card option).

2nd Payment - 50% Remaining

50% remaining amount of commission due once the artwork is completed. 
Full payment (+ shipping, if applicable) required before delivery. We usually ship via USPS or UPS. 

Signed Certificates of Authenticity are provided for every commissioned piece.

​

Note - Custom pieces takes 10-15 days, depending on the number of commissions the artist is working on.

During the holidays, turnaround times may be longer. If you are giving a artwork as a gift and have a particular date in mind, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Holidays are busy, so order early for Christmas.

 Cancelation

​

It's ok to cancel it at any time. 
Deposits are non-refundable, and if the painting is done it will be sold in our shop.

* The Artist Tania Oliveira retains the copyright to all works commissioned by the Purchaser, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No artwork may be reproduced or altered without the written consent of the Artist. The artist has the right to replicate and resell the image to the public as fine art prints or merch.
