RETURN POLICY

We're here to assist you with any questions you may have about your order.
RETURNS
* Please contact us for a return authorization before returning any item. Items returned to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
* To protect our copyrights we cannot accept returns on original paintings or prints.
* All returns must be made in their original conditions and packaging (unused) within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
* Once we get your return and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
* Refunds are issued only for items that are damaged or misprinted/defective, not for buyer's remorse. Any claims must be reported within 7 days after receiving the product.
* Please contact us immediately in the occasion of the product is wrong / defective or arriving damaged through the post so we can replace it as soon as possible at no cost to you.
* To support any claims, you must provide multiple clear photos of the wrong/defective or damaged item and its packaging, and email them to us. Kindly inform us whether you prefer a refund or a replacement of the same item.
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
* Claims that are determined to be our fault are covered at our expense.
* If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost to you. All claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
